I am excited to share this recipe with you as part of The Longest Day fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association. Please consider making a donation to help support research to find a cure!
Recipe and video donated by: Hayley Gerlach
In memory of Ginny Falcsik and in honor of Dennis Falcsik
- Vanilla ice cream
- Canned peaches
- Dark chocolate
Layer: Add a layer of ice cream, canned peaches, another layer of ice cream, bananas, and a final scoop of ice cream on top.
Any flavor of ice cream and any kind of fruit works fine. Pudding, hot fudge, caramel, Jell-0, cookies or brownies also make good layers.
Decorate: Form a row of cookies near the rim of the glass. Cut two triangles of dark chocolate to create ears. Draw a face with melted chocolate. Finally, add a Pocky stick for a tail
Feel free to add any decorations you like. Candy, shredded coconut, granola, chocolate chips, any kind of cookie, whipped cream, maraschino cherries, or more fresh fruit can be added.
